Food Systems International was established in 1997 after the financial crisis in Asia created a need for a reliable source of good quality equipment at reasonable prices. The aim of the company is to provide a "one stop shop", by supplying not only the processing and packaging systems but also the supporting engineering services such as installation, commissioning and training, as required. We can also assist with raw material sourcing and supply, as well as packaging materials, product development and financing. Refurbishment work is carried out either by in-house engineers or by outside specialists, depending on the requirements. FSI sources machinery from existing customers, dealers and bespoke manufacturers to put together the optimum solution for each customer.

The end result is a complete plant (or even just a unit machine) on which we can offer a full guarantee. We can also offer a service contract package to all customers. Projects on which we have worked include biscuit lines (including a complete Chocopie line), cake and bread lines, snack lines (directly expanded, half product and coextruded), candy lines (deposited, sugar-free, die-formed and lollipop), chocolate lines, wafer lines (roll wafer and book), noodle lines, chewing gum lines and breakfast cereal lines (traditionally cooked). We will also consider other opportunities such as milk, ice cream or juice plants.

Whilst we have a regional office in Hong Kong, most of our work is carried out in S.E.Asia so we have an office and factory in Bangkok, with a network of service agents, consultants and business partners in various countries around the world.
